The Anhamm Spillbarrier is currently the only spillbarrier that can be lifted manually without much effort, using a tyre iron at most. The weight of the flap is reduced by the pre-tensioned springs. The flap must be lifted briefly by hand to the pivot point and swings automatically into the closed position.
